Shipping & Returns

Horex shoes are usually delivered within approximate 5-7 working days’ time. But we always try to deliver as soon as possible. Delivery is free for all orders within India.

Horex shoes are handcrafted and are made up of real leather. It’s a pair of shoes specially made for you. Due to the nature of these shoes, they cannot be returned (No Refunds) and only an exchange can be provided in case of a size issue. In the case of a size issue, we should be notified within 2 business days, of post-delivery of the shoes. 

Please note that the shoes can be exchanged only in the following conditions:

  • Shoes are completely unused, which means that there should not be any scratch or use marks on the sole of the shoe or on the upper.
  • It should be packed in the original packaging the way it reached you.
  • Please take great care when you first try on your shoes to avoid any markings and stains. If you are trying to assess the size/fit of the shoes, please walk on a carpet or a clean surface to avoid any damage. 
  • All damages on arrival issues should be reported within 48 hours along with the pictures and video to investigate transit reasons with third-party couriers.
  • A best practice while buying any product online is that when you order anything online and the package arrives, you must make a video of the package and the video while unpacking the product. The video is the proof of what you received. (Note: What we packed and dispatched is all done under CCTV surveillance, so its all recorded what product we dispatched)
  • For exchange of shoes the customer will have to courier the shoes to us through any courier service. For example- Trackon courier, The Professional Courier, Speed Post, etc. whichever suits you. 
  • Courier Charges: At the time of order, delivery is free from our side. Also, in case of an exchange, the delivery is free when dispatched from our end, but the customer will have to courier the shoes to us at his/her own cost.
  • When the shoes are received by us, it will be examined and If it does not qualify for the exchange conditions as mentioned above, the customer will be liable to pay us the shipping and handling charges.

Note- This shipping and returns policy is only applicable for purchases made through www.horex.in (ordered directly on the website or through phone or WhatsApp) and is only applicable for purchases made within India only.
